All correspondence with our office can now be handled through our Secure  patient portal.  You will no longer be contacted by phone or mail  for annual reminders, appointment reminders, statements and normal labs or imaging results.  Refill request must be called into your pharmacy at least 72 hours prior to pickup.

Our practice now offers the opportunity to use the power of the web to track the most important aspect of your healthcare through our office.  Our patient portal will allow you to communicate with our office securely via the internet.

 To access your patient portal:

Click the secure link in the email that you receive from us.  You were given a secure user name and temporary password enabling you access to your secure patient portal.  You will be able to view test results, access your personal health record, verify appointment times, view historical appointments and examine current and past statement.  You will also be able to schedule appointment, send secure messages to our office and receive replies in a timely manner.

If you have forgotten or lost your password, please click forgot password in the upper right corner of the log in screen to securely update your password.  These instructions are on our website.

Note:  Lab results  are posted to your portal after the doctor has reviewed them; therefore it may take 5-7 business days to get results.  If you need labs reports for your primary care physician these can be printed from the portal.
